Kindly forward your valuable advice about changing Existing business as Proprietorship to Pvt,Ltd.( partnership)

It is a tedious process by way of forming a pvt. ltd company. Hence take help of a CA or CS who may deal with this.

You need to prepare Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association and file them before the competent Registrar of Companies(ROC). He will register your companies name in the register of companies.

Since, you are a pvt. ltd you can straight away commence your business.

Moreover, You need to appoint an Auditor as said by Mr. Devajyoti here.
