Section : VESTING OF UNDERTAKING OF SIKKIM BANK

SECTION 04: VESTING OF UNDERTAKING OF SIKKIM BANK

On the appointed day, the undertakings of the Sikkim Bank shall, by virtue of this Act, stand transferred to, and shall vest in, the Central Government.
