The criterion to deposit the amount with interest should be ordered since the Management adopt dilatory tactics simply by remitting the award amount only whereas the interest being three fold or four fold.But it is not uniformly followed.But the entire amount with interest should be directed to be deposited before filing Appeal as a labour welfare measure.
