SECTION 03: UNDERTAKINGS OF THE RECONSTRUCTION BANK TO VEST IN COMPANY

-On such date as the Central Government may, by notification in the. Official Gazette, appoint, there shall be transferred to, and vest in, the Company, the undertakings of Reconstruction Bank.
