Section : TRANSFER TO, AND VESTING IN, THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF THE ALUMINIUM UNDERTAKING OF THE COMPANY

SECTION 03: TRANSFER TO, AND VESTING IN, THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF THE ALUMINIUM UNDERTAKING OF THE COMPANY

On the appointed day, the Aluminium undertaking of the Company and the right, title and interest of the Company in relation to that undertaking, shall, by virtue of this Act, stand transferred to, and shall vest in, the Central Government.
