Section : TRANSFER AND VESTING IN THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNDERTAKINGS OF BURMAH SHELL IN INDIA

SECTION 03: TRANSFER AND VESTING IN THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT OF THE UNDERTAKINGS OF BURMAH SHELL IN INDIA

On the appointed day, the right, title and interest of Burmah Shell, in relation to its undertakings in India, shall stand transferred to and shall vest in, the Central Government.
