Section : SURVEILLANCE, ETC., OF BAND FAILING TO COMPLY WITH MAGISTRATE'S ORDER

SECTION 46: SURVEILLANCE, ETC., OF BAND FAILING TO COMPLY WITH MAGISTRATE'S ORDER

If any such band fail to comply with the orders of the said Magistrate within the prescribed period he shall report the matter to the 26 [State Government], and the26[State Government] may give such directions for the surveillance, control or deportation of such band as to it seems fit.
