SECTION 01: SHORT TITLE AND COMMENCEMENT

(1) This Act may be called The Smith, Stanistreet and Company Limited (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1977.-

(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of October, 1977.
