Section : RIGHT OF ACCESS TO CERTAIN PROTECTED MONUMENTS

SECTION 15: RIGHT OF ACCESS TO CERTAIN PROTECTED MONUMENTS
- (1) Subject to such rules as may after previous publication be made by14[the Central Government], the public shall have a right of access to any monument maintained by14[the Central Government] under this Act.
(2) In making any rule under sub-section (1) the Central Government] may provide that a breach of it shall be punishable with fine which may extend to twenty rup0ees.
