Bengal Bonded Warehouse Association Act,1838

Act No : 5

Section : Rates for warehousing

27. Rates for warehousing.--1* The Directors of the said Association shall, from time to time, fix the rates at which the said Association will warehouse Goods and receive Goods at its Wharfs, and 3* a table of such rates shall be placed at every Warehouse and Wharf of the said Association.
