Section : PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

SECTION 35: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

- No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the State Government, the Controller, any Inspector or any other person authorized by the Controller for exercising any powers or discharging any functions under this Act for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule or order made thereunder.
