SECTION 59: PROTECTION OF ACTION TAKEN IN GOOD FAITH

No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government or any officer of Government or any member or officer of a Board in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules made there under.
