SECTION 230: POWER TO PRESCRIBE FERRULES AND TO ESTABLISH METERS, ETC

-b[The Executive Officer] may prescribe the size of the ferrules to be used for the supply of gas, if any, and may establish meters or other appliances for the purpose ofc[measuring the quantity of any water or gas or testing the quality thereof] supplied to any premises by thea[Board].Act 15 of 1983 Clause 131.- The power of the Board undersection 230of the Act is proposed to be given to the Executive Officer.
