SECTION 16: POWER OF STATE GOVERNMENT TO IMPOSE COLLECTIVE FINE

The provisions of Sec. 1OA of the Protection of Civil Rights Act, 1955-(22 of 1955), shall, so far as may be, apply for the purposes of imposition and realisation of collective fine and for all other matters connected therewith under this Act.
