Section : PENALTY FOR NON--COMPLIANCE WITH ORDER UNDER SEC. 10

SECTION 13: PENALTY FOR NON--COMPLIANCE WITH ORDER UNDER SEC. 10

Any person contravening an order of the Special Court made under Sec. 10-shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year and with fine.
