Section : OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD TO BE PUBLIC SERVANTS

SECTION 28: OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES OF BOARD TO BE PUBLIC SERVANTS

All officers and other employees of the Board (including the Director of the Library) shall, when acting or purporting to act in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or of any rule or regulation made thereunder, be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of section 21 of the Indian Penal Code.-
