SECTION 47: MISCELLANEOUS

Crossing of streams on buoys or skins.- No person shall cross any river or stream on a buoy or inflated skin, nor shall have in his possession or custody any buoy or skin for the purpose of being used in crossing any river or stream, except 27[* * *] subject to rules to be from time to time, either generally or in any particular instance, prescribed by the28[State Government].
