Section : JURORS ON INQUEST ON PRISONER

SECTION 35: JURORS ON INQUEST ON PRISONER

- When an inquest is held on the body of a prisoner dying within a prison, no officer of the prison and no prisoner confined therein shall be a juror on such inquest.
