Section : JURISDICTION OF MAGISTRATES

SECTION 71: JURISDICTION OF MAGISTRATES
No Magistrate other than a Presidency Magistrate or a Magistrate whose powers are not less than those of a Magistrate of the second class, shall try any offence under this Act.
