Section : Inspection of records of the Board and obtaining of copies

46. Inspection of records of the Board and obtaining of copies. Any registered owner 1* may, subject to the prescribed conditions, inspect the records maintained by the Board and may on payment of the prescribed fee obtain copies of any proceedings or orders of the Board.
