SECTION 20: IMPLEMENTATION OF SUB-REGIONAL PLANS, ETC

Each participating State, or, as the case may be, the Union Territory shall be responsible for the implementation of the Sub-Regional Plan as finalised by it under sub-section (3) ofSection 19-and Project Plan prepared by it.
