Section : ENDANGERING THE SAFETY OF PASSENGERS

SECTION 14: ENDANGERING THE SAFETY OF PASSENGERS

- If any metro railway official, when on duly, endangers the safety of any passenger,-

(a) by any rash or negligent act or omission; or

(b) by disobeying any rule or order which such official was bound by the terms of his employment to obey, and of which he had notice, he shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which nay extend to five years, or with fine which may extend to six thousand rupees, or with both.
