Section : APPLICATION OF CERTAIN PROVISION OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE

SECTION 06: APPLICATION OF CERTAIN PROVISION OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE

Subject to the other provisions of this Act, the provisions of Sec. 34-,Chapter III,-Chapter IV-,Chapter V-,Chapter V-A- ,Sec. 149-andChapter 23 of the Indian Penal Code (45 of 1860)-, shall, so far as may be, apply for the purposes of this Act as they apply for the purposes of the Indian Penal Code.
