Section : Wrongful confinement in secret.

346. Wrongful confinement in secret.--Whoever wrongfully confinesany person in such manner as to indicate an intention that theconfinement of such person may not be known to any person interestedin the person so confined, or to any public servant, or that the placeof such confinement may not be known to or discovered by any suchperson or public servant as hereinbefore mentioned, shall be punishedwith imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend totwo years in addition to any other punishment to which he may beliable for such wrongful confinement.
