Section : When convert deserted by his wife may sue for conjugal society.

4. When convert deserted by his wife may sue for conjugal society.-Ifa 2*** husband change his religion for Christianity, and if inconsequence of such change his 2* * * wife, for the space of sixcontinuous months, desert or repudiate him, he may sue her forconjugal society.
