Section : Wearing garb or carrying token used by soldier, sailor or airman.

140. Wearing garb or carrying token used by soldier, sailor orairman.--Whoever, not being a soldier, 7*[sailor or airman] in theMilitary, 8*[Naval or Air] service of the 9*[Government of India],wears any garb or carries any token resembling any garb or token usedby such a soldier, 7*[sailor or airman] with the intention that it maybe believed that he is such a soldier, 7*[sailor or airman], shall bepunished with imprisonment of either description for a term which mayextend to three months, or with fine which may extend to five hundredrupees, or with both.
