Act No : 45

Section : Voluntarily causing hurt in committing robbery.

394. Voluntarily causing hurt in committing robbery.--If anyperson, in committing or in attempting to commit robbery, voluntarilycauses hurt, such person, and any other person jointly concerned incommitting or attempting to commit such robbery, shall be punishedwith 1*[imprisonment for life], or with rigorous imprisonment for aterm which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
