Section : Term of office and conditions of service of the chairman and othermembers.

2*[13. Term of office and conditions of service of the chairman and other members. (1) Every members of the Commission, other than an ex-officio member, shall hold office for a term of five years: Provided that the chairman shall, notwithstanding the expiration of his term, continue to hold office until his successor enters upon his office. (2) The terms and conditions of service of the chairman, Chief Executive Officer, Financial Adviser and other members shall be such as may be prescribed.]
