3["5.Sumptuary allowance. There shall be paid to the Chairman of the Council of States and the Speaker of the House of the People a sumptuary allowance of one thousand rupees per mensem and to the Deputy Chairman and the Deputy Speaker a sumptuary allowance of five hundred rupees per mensem.]
