Section : Standing Finance Committees.

1*[19A. Standing Finance Committees. (1) There shall be constituted from among the members of the Commission in the prescribed manner, a Standing Finance Committee in respect of each of the [three funds] 2* referred to in section 18. (2) The Standing Finance Committee shall exercise such of the powers of the Commission under section 19 as are delegated to it by the Commission.
