Section : Staff of the Reconstruction Bank.

60. Staff of the Reconstruction Bank.- (1) Without prejudice to the provisions of section 7, the Reconstruction Bank may appoint such number of officers and other employees as it considers necessary or desirable for the efficient performance of its functions and determine their terms and conditions of appointment and service. (2) The Reconstruction Bank may, notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any contract, depute any of its officers or other members of its staff to, or receive on deputation from, prescribed institutions on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed, and may also depute any of its officers or other members of its staff to any assisted industrial concern: Provided that nothing contained in this section shall be construed as empowering the Reconstruction Bank to depute to any prescribed institution or assisted industrial concern any officer or other member of its staff on any salary, emoluments or other terms and conditions of service which are less favourable to him than those to which he was entitled immediately before such deputation.
