Section : Short title and commencement.

THE ANTI-CORRUPTION LAWS (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1967 ACT NO. 16 OF 1967 [25th June, 1967.] An Act further to amend the anti-corruption laws. BE it enacted by Parliament in the Eighteenth Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. (1) Short title and commencement. This Act may be called the Anti-Corruption Laws (Amendment) Act, 1967. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 5th day of May, 1967.
