THE TRANSFER OF PROPERTY (AMENDMENT) SUPPLEMENTARY ACT, 1929ACT NO. 21 OF 1929[4th October, 1929.]An Act to supplement the Transfer of Property (Amendment) Act, 1929.WHEREAS by reason of the passing of the Transfer of Property(Amendment) Act, 1929 (29 of 1929), it is expedient that certainamendments should be made in certain other enactments; It is herebyenacted as follows:-1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called theTransfer of Property (Amendment) Supplementary Act, 1929.(2) It shall come into force on the first day of April, 1930.
