THE PREVENTION OF TERRORISM (REPEAL) ACT, 2004NO. 26 OF 2004[21st December, 2004.]An Act to repeal the Prevention of Terrorism Act, 2002.BE it enacted by Parliament in the Fifty-fifth Year of the Republic of India as follows:-1. Short title and commencement.-(1) This Act may be called the Prevention of Terrorism (Repeal) Act, 2004.(2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 21st day of September, 2004.
