THE HIGH COURT AT PATNA (ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERMANENT BENCH AT RANCHI) ACT, 1976 ACT NO. 57 OF 1976 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A PERMA NENT BENCH OF THE H [8th April, 1976.] BE it enacted by Parliament in Twenty-seventh Year of the Republic of India as follows:- 1. Short title. This Act may be called the High Court at Patna (Establishment of a Permanent Bench at Ranchi) Act, 1976.
