THE PRESIDENT'S EMOLUMENTS AND PENSION ACT, 1951 ACT NO. 30 OF 1951 AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE EMOLUMENTS OF THE PRESIDENT AND FORPENSION TO 13th May, 1951. 1.Short title. This Act may be called the President's Emoluments and Pension Act, 1951. 1A.Emoluments of the President. There shall be paid to the President by way of emoluments twenty thousand rupees per mensem.
