9. Salaries, etc., to be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of India. The salaries and allowances payable to the members and the administrative expenses, including salaries, allowances and pensions, payable to or in respect of officers and other employees of the Com- mission, shall be defrayed out of the Consolidated Fund of India.
