Section : Repeal and saving.

152.Repeal and saving.- (1) The Delhi Police Ordinance, 1978 ( Ord 2 of 1978) is hereby repealed . (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act. 336
