Section : Repeal and saving.

4.Repeal and saving.- (1) The Additional Duties of Excise (Textiles and Textile Articles) Ordinance, 1978 ( 4 of 1978) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything clone or any action taken under the Ordinance so repealed shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
