Section : Repeal and saving.

25. Repeal and saving.-(1) The Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 5 of 2002) is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding the repeal of the Unit Trust of India (Transfer of Undertaking and Repeal) Ordinance, 2002 (Ord. 5 of 2002), anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance, shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the correspondi g provisions of this Act.
