Section : Refusing to sign statement.

180. Refusing to sign statement.--Whoever refuses to sign anystatement made by him, when required to sign that statement by apublic servant legally competent to require that he shall sign thatstatement, shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term whichmay extend to three months, or with fine which may extend to fivehundred rupees, or with both.
