Section : Rash navigation of vessel.

280. Rash navigation of vessel.--Whoever navigates any vessel ina manner so rash or negligent as to endanger human life, or to belikely to cause hurt or injury to any other person, shall be punishedwith imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend tosix months, or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees, orwith both.
