Section : Purchase by executor or administrator of deceased's property.

310. Purchase by executor or administrator of deceased'sproperty.-If any executor or administrator purchases, either directlyor indirectly, any part of the property of the deceased, the sale isvoidable at the instance of any other person interested in theproperty sold.
