Section : Public notice of election.

31.Public notice of election. On the issue of a notification under section 30, the returning officer 1** * shall give public notice of the intended election in such form and manner as may be prescribed, inviting nominations of candidates for such election and specifying the place at which the nomination papers are to be delivered.
