Section : Protection of action taken under this Act.

15. Protection of action taken under this Act. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or the Shipping Corporation of India or any officer or other employee serving in connection with the affairs of the company for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
