Section : Protection of action taken in good faith.

30. Protection of action taken in good faith. (1) No suit, prosecution, or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer of that Government, or the Custodian, or the State Government, or the Government company, or any officer of the State Government or the Government, or the State Government, or the Government company, for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act. (2) No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government or any officer or other employee of that Government, or the State Government, or any officer or other employee of the State Government or of the Government company or other person authorised by the State Government, or the Government company, for any damage caused or likely to be caused by anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
