Section : Protection of action taken in good faith.

26. Protection of action taken in good faith. No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Central Government, Council, Chairperson, members, Member-Secretary or any officer or other employee of the Council for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done under this Act.
