Section : Protection of action of action taken under the Act.

57. Protection of action of action taken under the Act. (1) No suit, prosecution, or legal proceeding shall lie against any person in the employment of the Corporation for anything which is in good faith done or purported to be done under this Act. (2) Save as otherwise provided in the Act no suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against the Corporation for any damage caused 32 or likely to be caused by anything in good faith done or purported to be done under this Act.
