Section : Prosecution of offences.

49. Prosecution of offences.-No court shall take cognizance of any offence punishable under this Act except with the previous sanction of the Central Government or the authority notified by the Central prosecution of the offences under this Act. Government, in the Official Gazette, to be competen to sanction
