Section : Production, refining and blending of petroleum.

5. Production, refining and blending of petroleum. (1) No one shall produce, refine or blend petroleum save in accordance with the rules made under sub-section (2). (2) The Central Government may make rules-- (a) prescribing the conditions subject to which petroleum may be produced, refined or blended; and --------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.
